a blog worthy day!

Well well well.....today has been quite the day, and it wouldn't be complete unless i shared the details with you all on the other side of the globe. The day started as any other cold day in Beijing, going to class, i didn't have my second class so that's a major plus....i came back and got to talk to Aaron for a bit and then we were off to the postal service and then we were supposed to go and do some other stuff concerning our plane tickets going home, anyway....so we get to the post office so i can send my dear sweet Aaron his one year gift and little did i know it would be such an ordeal....I had three things to send...3 things....and i had to go to the packing center first of all and get a box....then pay 5 元 for a box....then pack it, then i had to go to this other window, well this lady made me pay 1.8 元 for the customs paper....yes my friends i paid to get the paper..haha, then i had to find a card with my address on it, cause i don't have it memorized hellur it's long, have you seen it....so i find a card, and do everything i think i'm supposed to...of course i don't put the right amount of value on the paper cause i don't want him to know...and so i stand in this line that is 50 miles long....just for the lady to tell me that i have to go to this other window...so when i get over there she tells me i have to go back to the one i was already at...by this time the line is back to 50 miles...so i wait. i think i went back and forth like 4 times before finally getting to weigh my box and pay. I'm not going to say how much it was, but it costs more to ship things from here than it does in the states...that's for sure...but i love you Aaron, and it was worth it. :) So we leave there, and are watiting on Sav and Ryan because they had to go to a different post office to pick up the package her mom sent her....well due to some memory issues and lack of communication, we were waiting A LONG TIME! so i was irritated, cold, and hungry cause i hadn't had lunch, so we just X our "supposed to be next plan" for the day and go straight to dinner...we went to TGIFridays since we didn't get it on Christmas Eve like we had planned....Dinner was great, we laughed SOOOOO much, i don't think i have laughed like that in a while, well it gets better...we finally leave after spending almost 2 hours there just spending time together, and as we are on the way back to the subway station, Ryan was like "why are you swerving on the sidewalk", and i was because i was tryin to dodge people on bikes....so then i thought i would be funny and got up on this ledge and started doing the Aaron run....that went well.... in my mind.....i was doing good, until the tree branch came out of nowhere, and well i was on the ground before i knew it and laughing so hard i couldn't breath....now i have a really swollen leg and hip....yes this is the same leg that i bruised a couple weeks ago by running into a pole that was coming out of the ground and i didn't see in the pitch dark and i was texting....note to self, don't text and walk...haha Oh and if you thought the night couldn't get any funnier, think again....Sav's mom sent us Christmas gifts, and we each got an electric blanket...well we thought it would be ok with the coverter....that too is a big NEGATIVE....she tried and the next thing i see is a spark and then our lights went out...i couldn't stop laughing...you know when you laugh so hard and so much that you pee your pants a little, yeah that was me....and yes i just confessed that to the whole world...that's ok, i mean it's not like i really peed my pants, but good thing i made it to the WC (water closet) as they call it here in China otherwise it would have been bad news bears....so that was my day....now i am going to get to bed, actually early tonight because i have a date with Aaron in the morning so i'll be up earlier than usual :) My last day of class is tomorrow morning and then i have finals next week...oh joy! but hey i made it through my first semester in China...YEAH!
