圣诞快乐 Merry Christmas

It's Christmas in China! I went to bed pretty late last night, but as usual this morning (Christmas morning) i woke up so excited. haha....i actually had to ask sav what i said or did because i knew my friend Ryan had come in here at like 7 in the AM, which is too early for me, but i was somewhat awake...so then i popped up and said in a morning seana voice, yet so enthuisiastically "MERRY CHRISTMAS" hahaha he was like well good morning to you! then i think i said somet other things that i'm not real sure of...let me mind you i mad crazy crazy hair...i went to bed with it wet last night and it dried curly and everywhere...which can be quite the scary sight. Nonetheless, i got up, sav and i opened presents. She is WONDERFUL! She made us breakfast, and i got to see Aaron for our Christmas date :)It was amazing getting to see him and talk to him on Christmas...couldn't ask for a better present. I got ready after that and headed across town to see another American family that we know. :) We had so much fun. It was REAL windy and cold today and one of my friends got me these huge white furry ear muffs, and don't you know i rocked them today. :) haha my little ears were NOT cold. We baked, and played games when we got there this afternoon, and then we were going to eat Beijing roasted duck, but we were all full so we didn't go...we just came back to the dorm....I had a great qt and let him have it all...my heart was troubled with a sense of sadness today...once i was alone, and had my thoughts to remind me of where i am and where they are...but all is well and He is faithful. I have so much to be thankful for and i am. I love and miss my incredible family, at home, in Guy, and i've had the honor of building friendships that mean more to me than they will ever know. The idea that two people would grow from just friends to a relationship that reflects what we truly believe is beyond me. I love it, i love him, i love life. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! I'm pretty tired, considerin it's like almost midnight here...so i believe i will crash, but before i go, i have a quick "life flashing before my eyes story" hahaha i seem to have these often, but anyway we were in a taxi last night and well our driver was driving not the calmest i've ever seen and went to go around this bus, well when he did all i saw were headlights.....not our fault, but headlights nonetheless....My friend Barbie and i were in the back seat and Ryan was in the front, and well lets just say that Barb and I sucked all the air out of the inside of that taxi. hahaha we lived. no worries. night night.
