Candy Canes :)

So last night i spent a few hours making candy canes...out of paper that is. It was such a bucket filler for me...listening to great music and coloring. :) great way to spend a sunday night. Granted making them made me want an actual one, which you can't find here...oh well.I took some pretty ridiculous pics of me making them last night and the final outcome...but this is china and i can't post pics either..sorry... Christmas is all around...the official countdown here in China is 11 days :) :)I need to do some shopping this week for our christmas exchange here. Our room looks like a winter wonderland which makes us oh so very happy! It's going to stay Christmas in our room till june when we come home. The days and weeks are going by faster than i ever anticipated. We are staying busy, which is amazing but we also know that june will be here before we know it... i should prob do some studying for tomorrow's class....my laoshi (teacher) absolutly hates me...i'm trying real hard to love her, but she makes it so difficult. Lot's to do, so i'm going to end this post. i'm sure you will get to read some more of my random thoughts soon...i'm sure. :) 在近
