I'm back....

Sorry it's been a while....the internet wouldn't let me post for a while...it happens. Anyway much has happened since my last post..A couple of weeks ago we had a big snow...It snowed ALL day and night....we could tell this snow wasn't caused by the preparedness..lol we witnessed as we were walking down the street that there was this truck, that well....instead of clearing the road and preventing ice, they were spraying water and creating ice...i have no idea the logic there...anyway we have been out of school now for about 2 weeks. It's been so nice not to have to worry about class...and memorizing a bazillion characters. I've just been relaxing, spending time with my chinese friends that are still here...most of them have gone home for the holiday...I learned how to make Chinese dumplings last week and that was fun. Then one of our friends wanted to learn how to make chili so we did that and watched a movie. :) fun times. Tomorrow is Barbie's birthday so we are going out, she wants to get her hair cut and go eat at TGIFridays, so that's what we are going to do...then prob. come back and just hang out. We were supposed to go to Harbin, but things changed so now we don't really have any plans...Sav's mom and little brother are coming in February so i'm excited about mom time :) :) :) Much is happening in my life personally...i'm seeing my life change in so many awesome ways. The woman i've always wanted to be the woman i was designed to be is becoming. The potters hand is so gently molding my life in his very hand that all i can do is stand in awe. I can't believe that i only have months left here...the time has flown and the time is short...knowing this i use every opportunity, a lesson that has been so valuable and one that will be taken even back to the states. I got to see some dear friends from Guy today, that just made me smile! I can't wait for sunday :) Well i'm not much for blogging today...sorry for the lack of interesting things to talk about...Aaron and I celebrated our 1 year not too long ago...i'm really aggravated with the postal service at the moment. still waiting on his package...but oh well...It will come soon...hopefully. Nonetheless he is the most amazing boyfriend and best friend a girl could ever have or think about. Well hope all is well on your side of the world....Until next time.
